– Eating fresh parsley or mint, or drinking mint tea can help freshen your breath.
– After a meal with garlic and onions, you can snack on a few slices of potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, or lemon. These foods can help improve your breath.
– You might be surprised, but mustard can effectively eliminate bad breath. Take a tablespoon of mustard and swish it around your mouth for about a minute before spitting it out. Then, swallow half a tablespoon of mustard.
– Drinking green tea, lemon water, or simply drinking water at the end of a meal can also help freshen your breath.
– Or you can simply eat a slice of bread because a hungry stomach or low carbohydrate intake can contribute to bad breath.
