Beef is already delicious and very nutritious, maybe that’s why the price of beef is slightly higher than other meats.
But if you accidentally buy too much meat and don’t know how to store it, it’s a waste. So, when you accidentally buy too much beef, learn how to store beef below so that your meat is always delicious when cooked!
First, you place the beef on a piece of paper and then place another piece of paper on top. Then, gently press down with your hand so that the water remaining on the beef soaks into the paper.
After soaking up all the water, you place the piece of beef on a plastic wrap and use vegetable oil or olive oil to evenly spread it on the surface of the meat. Vegetable oil helps maintain moisture for the beef and prevents the beef from becoming tough during the storage process.
Next, you wrap the piece meat tightly with plastic wrap.
Finally, you put each package of beef in a resealable bag and store it in the refrigerator.
Note: If you put the meat in the chiller, it can be stored for 3 – 5 days. But if you want to store it longer, put it in the freezer, the beef will still be fresh and delicious after 30 days!
