Begin by cleaning the chicken and gathering 30 clean toothpicks. Then, evenly insert these toothpicks throughout the chicken, making sure to insert them deeply. This will give the chicken a unique appearance, resembling a hedgehog. Although it may seem strange, this method is surprisingly effective. Let’s explore the next steps.

After inserting the toothpicks, prepare a solution of water, flour, and spices and soak the chicken in it for approximately 30 minutes. Towards the end of the 30 minutes, crack 20 eggs into a separate bowl and beat them until blended. Add spices once more and mix well. Remove the toothpicks from the chicken and dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring even coverage for the egg and spices to penetrate the chicken. Lastly, evenly sprinkle breadcrumbs over the chicken before frying it.

Crack 20 eggs into another bowl, beat them well until the eggs are blended, then add spices one more time, and mix well.

Dip the chicken into the egg bowl, then sprinkle the breadcrumbs on.

This method not only reduces frying time but also allows the spices to fully penetrate the chicken, preventing a situation where the outside is flavorful but the inside is bland. After frying, you can enhance the dish’s flavor by sprinkling roasted sesame seeds on top.
