Ingredients:
– 1 whole pineapple (with the green part on top) – 20-30 strawberries – Seasonal fruits, choose them for harmonious color. |

Step 4:
Wash the pineapple and remove the top part, cut it into halves lengthwise.

Step 2:
Insert a knife into the bottom part of the pineapple and cut it up towards the top, separating the flesh from the skin.

Step 3:
Remove the hard core inside the pineapple.

Step 4:
Place the pineapple flesh back inside the skin and cut it into slices about 1cm thick.
|
|
Do the same with the remaining pineapple slices and arrange them on an oval-shaped plate. |

Step 5:
Now you just need to fan out the pineapple slices…

Then arrange strawberries and other fruits on top, creating a harmonious and beautiful display. |
This method is even faster than the traditional way of peeling pineapple and it looks more beautiful. It is suitable for when you have guests over and don’t have much time to prepare complicated desserts but still want to show off your homemaking skills:
