Now, I have to take four sleeping pills every night to fall asleep. Every night, I lie awake until 2-3 am. The more worried I am, the harder it is for me to fall asleep. When I can’t sleep, I tend to overthink and sometimes fall into negative emotions. Everyone has their own worries, and I’m a bit sensitive.”
Quang Dung has been dependent on sleeping pills for eight years and takes four pills every night.
In an interview in 2023, Quang Dung mentioned that he aimed to reduce the number of sleeping pills he took each night. The singer had been warned by doctors about potential memory loss. He also feared that one day, he might lose his memory and forget everything.
Quang Dung said: “Knowing that I have to take four pills every night, the doctor shook his head and said, ‘That’s not good.’ They warned me about possible memory loss due to the sleeping pills, but switching to herbal ones didn’t help.
Currently, I aim to reduce the number of pills I take each day. I can’t depend on them anymore.”
