Combining parsley leaves with lemon

Lemon contains a large amount of Vitamin C and minerals that help fight aging on the skin. Bathing using parsley leaves and lemon as ingredients to have white, healthy skin.

Bring 3 liters of water to a boil and add parsley leaves to the boiling water. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat, add 1 tablespoon of salt to the pot. Pour the water into a large basin and dilute with cold water and squeeze lemon into it for bathing.

Apply this whitening method 3-4 times a week to whiten the body and remove dead cells.

Combining parsley leaves with honey

Nourishing the skin with a mixture of honey and parsley leaves will increase the effectiveness of skin whitening. Just wash the parsley leaves and let them dry, then put them in a blender with a little water, blend and pour into a bowl. Then, add about 2-3 tablespoons of honey to the mixture that has just been blended and mix well, you can add a little lemon juice. Gently massage and leave for about 10 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water.

Combining parsley leaves with yogurt

Yogurt contains many Vitamins (B2, B5, B12) that bring a bright and even skin tone.

Prepare 10 parsley leaves and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened yogurt. Wash thoroughly and grind the parsley leaves with a little filtered water and add yogurt.

Cleanse your face with warm water, pat dry and then apply the mixture evenly on the skin for 10-15 minutes to allow the nutrients to penetrate deep into the skin. Then rinse your face, should be done regularly every week from 2-3 times.

Prepare a handful of parsley leaves, wash them well and let them dry. Then grind or crush and mix with a little clean water, apply to the face for about 20 minutes and rinse with water. Do this 2-3 times a week for bright, glowing skin.
