One of the simplest ways to do so is through the Zalo application. You can easily report the loss of your passport from the comfort of your own home by following the online reporting process.

Reporting the Loss of Your Passport Through the Zalo App

Step 1: Open the Zalo application
Find and select “Tan Phu District Police – Ho Chi Minh City”
Click “Interested”

Once you reach this stage, the system will direct you to the message page. Click on the BCA Public Service Gateway to access the Ministry of Public Security’s Public Service Gateway. From there, locate and select Immigration Management.

Step 3: Access the interface and locate the option to report a lost passport at the central level.
Procedure: Choose the selected option and proceed to submit the application.

Step 4: Login to your Public Service Gateway account when prompted. Fill in all the mandatory fields marked with asterisks. Scroll down to the section for Document Components and click on the “Download” button to save the form to your device. Once downloaded, fill in the required information and scan the file. Then, click on “Select File” to upload the scanned document. Finally, click on “Agree and Continue” to complete the process.
