– Step 2: Pour the coconut water into a pot or pan and boil. When the coconut water evaporates, you can add more coconut water and continue cooking.

– Step 3: When the coconut water has evaporated about half and starts to change color, the heat can be reduced. During the cooking process, you can gently stir the coconut water with a spoon to quickly evaporate the water and prevent it from burning. It must always be next to the fire during cooking.

– Step 4: At this step, you can repeat again and put it in a small pot for easy stirring (not required). Observe that the coconut water has a viscous texture, brown color, then it is complete. The coconut water should be cooled before pouring it into bottles or jars for gradual use.

– Because it is made of pure coconut water, the taste will be slightly bitter, with a reddish-brown color that is very beautiful and fragrant when the dish is finished. It is not bitter and does not have a strong smell like sugarcane color.

The preservation method is very simple, just cover it tightly and store it in a dry and cool place for up to 3 years.
