Half a lime, 1 segment of the white part of a scallion, 1 sprig of scallion, 1 ginger root, 20 ml of white wine, suitable amount of oil.

Instructions:

First of all, to have delicious boiled shrimp and retain the original flavor of the shrimp as well as the nutrients, you should choose the freshest shrimp. Dead shrimp or shrimp that has been frozen will lose a lot of flavor, even leaving an unpleasant fishy smell.

After buying fresh and good-quality shrimp, remove the black threads of the shrimp, rinse with water to clean thoroughly. Drain. Cut the white part of the scallion into segments, cut the scallion sprig into segments, julienne the ginger root. Cut the lime into 3 slices and set aside the remaining part for later use.

At this point, add the prepped shrimp and boil until cooked. When the shrimp turns red and floats to the top, boil for another minute, then turn off the heat.

Immediately transfer the shrimp to a plate to prepare for tasting while it’s still hot. The shrimp boiling sauce can be made simply by mixing lime powder, lime juice, chili, and a little miscellaneous seasoning. It will taste even better if you have seafood dipping sauce. Or you can simply dip the boiled shrimp in chili sauce, which is already very appealing.
