How to prepare skewered grilled meat:

First, you need to handle the bamboo skewers. After buying them, rinse and boil them in boiling water to remove bacteria.

Next, wash and drain the meat, then cut it into medium-sized pieces.

After that, put all the meat in a bowl and marinate it with 50ml soy sauce, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, and pepper.

Then, add one chopped onion, one chopped garlic, one chopped lemongrass, one teaspoon of ground pepper, two tablespoons of sesame oil, and one teaspoon of white sesame seeds (optional). Mix well and let the meat marinate for 2-3 hours.

Next, thread the meat pieces onto the bamboo skewers. For larger pieces, roll them around the skewers. Evenly press the meat onto the skewers with your hands.

Note: To have delicious grilled meat, do not make the skewers too thick or roll them too tightly, as it will take longer to grill and there is a high chance of burning the outside while the inside is still raw.
