How to prepare skewered grilled meat:

After that, put all the meat in a bowl and marinate it with 50ml soy sauce, 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, and pepper.
Then, add one chopped onion, one chopped garlic, one chopped lemongrass, one teaspoon of ground pepper, two tablespoons of sesame oil, and one teaspoon of white sesame seeds (optional). Mix well and let the meat marinate for 2-3 hours.
Next, thread the meat pieces onto the bamboo skewers. For larger pieces, roll them around the skewers. Evenly press the meat onto the skewers with your hands.
Note: To have delicious grilled meat, do not make the skewers too thick or roll them too tightly, as it will take longer to grill and there is a high chance of burning the outside while the inside is still raw.
You can choose to grill the meat on a charcoal grill for the best taste. If not, you can grill it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes. Flip the skewers halfway through grilling to ensure even cooking.
