Beef Stir-Fried with Chicken Leg Mushrooms

Ingredients

Beef: 250g

– Chicken leg mushrooms: 1 large stalk

– Spring onions: 10g

– Ginger: 10g

– Garlic: 10g

– Green bell pepper: 20g

– Carrot: 20g

– Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon

– Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon

– Salt to taste

– Cornstarch: 1 teaspoon

– Sugar: 1 teaspoon

– Black pepper to taste

– Cooking wine: 1 tablespoon

– Cooking oil

Instructions

– Rinse the beef and slice it into thin slices. Put it in a bowl and add cooking wine, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt, then mix well and marinate for a while.

– Rinse and slice the chicken leg mushrooms into thin slices. Peel and rinse the carrot, then slice it. Rinse the green bell pepper and cut it into small pieces. Chop the spring onions, mince the garlic and finely chop the ginger.

– Heat a pan, add cooking oil, and stir-fry the beef until it turns pale. Transfer it to a plate.

– In the same pan, add a little more cooking oil and stir-fry the spring onions, ginger, and garlic until fragrant. Then add the chicken leg mushrooms, green bell pepper, and carrot and stir-fry until almost cooked.

– Add the beef back to the pan, then add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt to taste, and stir-fry until all the ingredients are fully cooked. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with spring onions and black pepper. Serve the beef stir-fried with chicken leg mushrooms hot with rice.
