Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- After purchasing the water spinach, wash it with diluted salt water, then wash it again with clean water and drain it. Finally, cut the spinach into 5cm long segments.
- Rinse the oyster mushroom and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2: Stir-fry water spinach with mushroom
- Place a pan on the stove and add 1 teaspoon of cooking oil. When the oil is hot, add a small amount of chopped chives and sauté. Then add the prepared oyster mushrooms and stir-fry, and add the seasonings.
