2. How to make chicken stir-fried cabbage

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

– After buying the chicken breast, clean and chop it into small pieces.

– Peel and slice the ginger.

– Peel the garlic and rinse it with clean water, then slice it thinly.

– Separate the cabbage into small bite-sized pieces and wash them. To remove dirt and bacteria from the cabbage, you can soak them in diluted saltwater or starchwater for about 15 to 30 minutes.

– Rinse the chili, remove the stem, and chop it finely.

Step 2: Blanch the cabbage

– Boil a pot of water. Then blanch the washed cabbage for about 1 minute to preserve its attractive green color and crispy texture.

Step 3: Stir-fry cabbage with chicken breast

– Heat a pan, add a little cooking oil, and heat it up. Then stir-fry the ginger, garlic, and finely chopped chili.
