Instructions:

Put the beef in a bowl, add 1 egg white, a little salt, soy sauce, baking soda, and a little water, mix well with your hands.

Cut the celery into sections and rinse well. Chop the garlic, slice the chili peppers, and mince the ginger.
Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the beef briefly, then transfer it to a plate.
Leave a little oil in the pan, stir-fry the garlic, chili peppers, and ginger until fragrant. Then add the celery and stir-fry until it’s almost cooked, then add the beef, season with the desired spices, stir-fry until the beef is cooked, and then turn off the heat. Serve the stir-fried beef hot.
