Step 2 The website will now automatically open the Messenger page or the Messenger app on your phone. If you haven’t logged in, please log in to your Facebook account.

Note: Your phone and computer browsers must have pop-up blocking disabled to open the Facebook Messenger window. – If you’re using Safari, go to Settings > Safari and deselect Block Pop-ups. – If you’re using Chrome, go to Settings > Content Settings and deselect Block Pop-ups.
