I combined intermittent fasting with a 16/8 diet and hit the gym every day. In about a month and a half of strict dieting, I lost 8kg. After Tet, I continued to lose another 3kg. I’m also aiming to lose another 10kg in the short upcoming period,” shared Truong Phuong.

I feel happy that even when I gained weight, I still received love from my audience and was even invited to participate in some fashion shows as a plus-size model,’ said Truong Phuong.
