After receiving the stress signal, neurons in the solitary nucleus continue to project it to the paraventricular nucleus (PVH) in the lower hilus region. Those who understand the relationship between sleep and stress are likely familiar with the PVH nucleus.
The PVH nucleus is a brain region containing small oxytocin neurons. By stimulating this region, humans can enhance inner peace and happiness. Reduce feelings of fear, stress, and pain.
