  • 3 teaspoons of yogurt (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

  • 2 teaspoons of activated charcoal powder

  • 2 vitamin E capsules
  • 300ml of purified water
  • Utensils: Pump bottle

Step 1: Combine 3 tablespoons of liquid Castile soap, 2 teaspoons of activated charcoal powder, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 4 drops of Roman chamomile essential oil, 3 drops of lavender essential oil, and 2 vitamin E capsules with 300ml of purified water.

Step 2: Pour the mixture into a pump bottle, tighten the lid, and turn the bottle upside down several times to blend everything together. Note that you should handle gently to avoid foaming.

Step 3: Cleanse your face with water. Squeeze out a sufficient amount of the mixture onto your hand, add a little water and lather. Gently pat it onto your face and massage for about 1 – 2 minutes.

Step 4: Then rinse with warm water and continue with your regular skincare routine. When using activated charcoal as a facial cleanser, it is recommended to use it once a day to better remove dirt.
