Patients with severe or recurrent conditions require long-term maintenance treatment.

Egg acne includes whiteheads, blackheads, red inflammed acne, pus acne, cystic acne, and nodules. The causes are due to increased or changed hormones, genetics related to gene structure; using poor quality cosmetics; exposure to sunlight; poor diet, poor skin hygiene, stress, staying up late…

Treating egg acne includes using creams, gels or oral medication. There are many functional foods and cosmetic products for treating and caring for acne-prone skin, such as cleansers for cleaning the skin and acne, liver supplement products, detoxification and liver function support products, anti-aging products, limiting breakage, and collagen regeneration for the skin….

In addition, some techniques can be used such as light therapy, extracting pimples, extracting cysts… to increase treatment effectiveness.

Home acne treatment process

First, you need to wash your face daily with oatmeal mixed with warm water twice in the morning and evening. After washing your face, spray toner (rose water) to moisturize your face. Apply a little green tea oil to the acne area.

Weekly: Set aside 2 – 3 times to perform acne skincare regimen.

Step 1: Exfoliate with brown sugar mixed with olive oil.

Step 2: Steam your face with lemongrass + green tea oil.

Step 3: Use a sterilized blackhead remover to clean out old pustules (pay attention to remove all the roots and black blood – if it is a cyst).

Step 4: Apply potato mask, yogurt to soothe the skin.

Step 5: Use toner to moisturize the skin.

With the above acne treatment regimen, with your perseverance, only after 2 months, all acne spots will disappear completely, the skin will be bright, no more acne marks, and pores will be tightened. You need to change your daily habits, exercise, and daily skincare routine to improve your skin’s health even further.

Natural ingredients to get rid of egg acne

Aloe vera

Aloe vera is very good for oily skin, helps reduce inflammation, cool the skin, and remove sebum on the skin. After using aloe vera, you will see significant effects. Your skin becomes youthful and smooth.

Take 1 clean aloe vera leaf under running water. Use a knife to cut the edges of the leaf. Cut the leaf into 3-4 sections and remove the outer layer, only take the gel inside. You can use this gel to apply to your face or acne-prone areas to minimize acne.

Garlic has the ability to remove free radicals, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial, so it is used to treat acne, blackheads, even “stubborn” egg acne can be quickly resolved.

Take about 2-3 cloves of peeled garlic, crush them, then squeeze out the juice. Then add a few drops of rice vinegar or pure honey and mix well. After cleaning your skin, apply this acne treatment solution to the acne area. Relax for about 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Note: You should try it on your hand to see if it causes skin irritation, as there are some substances in garlic that can cause irritation if not suitable.

Water spinach

Water spinach contains many beneficial substances for the skin such as vitamin A3, B3, vitamin C along with some other substances such as saponin, iron… When used, it will reduce inflammation, antibacterial, and remove acne. In addition, water spinach also hides a rich concentration of coratene pigment, giving the skin a rosy color.

Grind the water spinach leaves, squeeze out the juice. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to the mixture and apply it to the affected area. After about 15 minutes, wash your face with clean water. Apply water spinach and salt mask regularly 2-3 times a week.

For persistent acne, recommended treatments include azelaic acid, topical retinoids, adapalene… In severe cases, oral retinoids may be necessary. In fact, many patients stop taking medication or do not adhere to follow-up visits as soon as they feel relieved or the acne is gone, leading to acne recurrence, making it difficult to treat…
