1 cleaned chicken, 1 piece of ginger, half a cup of white wine (or vinegar, salt), chicken broth powder, cooking oil, spring onions

Step 1: First, take the spices like half a piece of ginger crushed, the remaining piece finely chopped, mixed with white wine and rubbed on the chicken, marinate for 30 minutes to eliminate the smell of the chicken and make the dish more flavorful and attractive.
