– Kimchi: 100 grams
– Tofu: 2 pieces

2. How to cook kimchi tofu soup
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
– After buying tofu, rinse with clean water and cut into small square pieces.
– Peel the onion, wash it clean, and chop it finely.
– Remove the damaged leaves of the scallions, wash them with water, and cut them into short sections.
– Peel the garlic, wash it again, and mince it.

Step 2: Stir-fry kimchi
– Place a pan on the stove, add a little cooking oil and heat it up. Then, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
