Step 1 Make caramel
You put80g sugar, 15g water in the pot, turn on medium heat. Heat until sugar dissolves completely and turns brown, then turn off heat. Divide caramel evenly into each pudding jar.

Next, put in a pot 320ml unsweetened fresh milk, 160ml heavy cream, vanilla, heat until the milk is slightly warm. Next, you add 4g instant coffee powder, stir well and turn off heat.
Then, you put in a bowl 3 eggs, 40g egg yolks and 80g sugar. Stir until eggs and sugar dissolve completely. Gradually pour the milk mixture into it, stir well and gently for the mixture to combine well. Add 50ml black coffee, stir well. Filter the mixture through a sieve until smooth.

Pour the egg milk mixture into the jars with caramel. Cover the jar with plastic food wrap. Steam the cake over medium heat for about 15 – 20 minutes to complete. You should not steam it over high heat because it will cause the cake to become porous and unpalatable.
