2. How to make steamed tofu with minced meat and cabbage
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
– After buying pork, wash it and mince it.
– Choose the stem of the cabbage and slice it.
– Remove the wilted leaves of the spring onion, wash it and separate the white part and the green part, then slice it.
– Peel the garlic, wash it and mince it.
– Peel the ginger, wash it and mince it.
– Wash the chili, remove the stem, and cut it into rings.
– Cut the fresh tofu into bite-sized slices and place them carefully on a clean plate.
Step 2: Marinate the minced meat
– Take a small bowl, add the minced pork and the seasonings: cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
– Mix the ingredients well and marinate the minced pork for about 15 minutes.
Step 3: Stir-fry the minced pork
– Place a pan on the stove, add enough cooking oil and heat it up.
