When eating an apple, people usually discard the skin and core. However, with a little effort, you can make use of these discarded parts to create homemade apple cider vinegar for your family.

To lose weight, we need about 6 – 8 servings of fruits and vegetables, a little water, 60 grams or 2 tablespoons of honey, vinegar, a glass jar to store the weight loss mixture.
First, gather the portions of fruits and vegetables that have been arranged. Then, put them all into the glass jar. Mix honey or sugar with water (the amount of water depends on the size of the jar and the amount of ingredients), then pour into the jar until the water covers all the fruits and vegetables.
– Use your hands to press tightly to keep the fruits and vegetables completely submerged in water – the tighter the better during the initial fermentation phase. After a week, you will see changes in color and texture of the weight loss jar.
– Notice a layer of transparent, silky scum forming on the top, like a cover. Wait for another week.
– When pressing, the weight should pass through a filter to remove the residue, pour the weight loss back into the jar. Press the weight with a lid on top, pressing it down. The lid has the effect of sealing the surface of the weight loss with metal lids.
