One would think that beauty queens nowadays only use luxury brands to serve them from head to toe, but Ngoc Han chose a more down-to-earth and elaborate beauty method that takes time. The beauty queen, who once had dengue fever that made her lose a lot of hair, at the age of 34, she pays more attention to taking care of her hair and scalp. The queen shared: “At that time, I was very panicked and haunted when I pulled out strands of hair, hair falling all over the house.” That is why the queen stopped using industrial shampoos and switched to making herbal shampoo.
Ngoc Han revealed that she often makes shampoo from aloe vera, lemongrass, pomelo peel, lemon, and some natural leaves. The beauty queen does exactly as the memories of a time before 2000, when eating pomelo or mandarin oranges, keeping the peel, if there is a lot, drying them out, keeping them in the refrigerator for later use. She boils the aloe vera together with the hibiscus leaves, lemongrass, pomelo peel, and mandarin peel to make shampoo, then uses pomelo essential oil. Every week, Ngoc Han nourishes her hair with a mixture of beer, butter, eggs, and fresh milk to make her hair healthier and more silky. The beauty queen wraps her hair for 30 minutes and then rinses it with herbal water.
Talking about her weight management method, the queen said she does not force herself to lose weight but practices intermittent fasting. She does not eat many meals, only eats 1-2 times a day, ensuring enough nutrients. The queen limits sugar intake, does not drink carbonated drinks or flavored water, and does not consume milk. Her basic menu consists of sweet potatoes, milk, salad, unsweetened yogurt, and granola (whole grain cereal mix) for lunch. For dinner, she mainly eats vegetables and adds a bit of protein from various types of meat. She also drinks vegetable juice, but only presses celery, green apples, and pineapples, avoiding fruit juices because she thinks they have too much sugar and less fiber.
At the age of 34, the beauty queen maintains a body measurement of 86-65-95. In addition to adopting intermittent fasting, the queen occasionally detoxes to help with digestion, brightening the skin, and losing weight.
Ngoc Han does not engage in high-intensity sports, but she occasionally plays golf with her husband and prioritizes yoga to treat back pain. Ngoc Han practices yoga 3-4 times a week.
