Every month, you receive an electricity bill but you don’t know how much electricity your family consumes each day. This makes it difficult for you to control your daily electricity usage, leading to waste. So, let’s learn how to easily look up your electricity consumption by week/month to make timely adjustments!

1 How to check the electricity meter reading with the EVNHCMC CSKH app

Please note: The EVNHCMC CSKH app is currently only available to customers using electricity in Ho Chi Minh City.

Step 1 First, you need to download the EVNHCMC CSKH app. Then, open the app, log in to your account and go to the Electricity consumption section.

Step 2 Choose the month and year you want to check the meter reading. If you want to verify the meter reading, subtract the previous month’s reading (the last reading in the app) from the current reading on your electricity meter at home. This will give you the electricity consumption in kWh. Then, compare it with the consumption shown in the app to see if they match.

2 How to check the electricity bill with the EVNHCMC CSKH app

Step 1 First, open the EVNHCMC CSKH app, then log in to your account. On the main screen of the app, click on Bills.

Step 2 Next, choose the month and year you want to check. Here, you will see information such as the billing period and the total payment amount.

Step 3 If you want to see a more detailed bill, select View bill. Here, you will be able to view information such as the electricity consumption for the month, a chart comparing the current consumption to the previous year, the average consumption of customers in your area, and the electricity rates.

3 How to check the bill and meter reading on the website

Step 1 First, go to the website of the EVNHCMC Customer Care Center. Click on the Login button in the top right corner and enter the requested information.

Step 2 Next, click on Information lookup and select Electronic bill.

Step 3 Choose the desired month and year to search for the electricity bill. After that, the bill information will be displayed. Click on View bill for more details.
