2 How to Make Chinese Beef Soup
Step 1 Prepare the Ingredients
First, peel and slice the garlic cloves. Scrape and slice the ginger. Wash, remove the stems, and chop the chili peppers.
Trim the roots of the enoki mushrooms, wash them, and let them drain. Blanch the mushrooms in boiling water, then drain and set aside.

Step 2 Cook the Beef Soup
Heat a pot on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, the sliced garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Then, add a large bowl of water.
Once the water boils, remove the ginger and add the sliced beef, cooking over low heat. Season the soup with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of MSG, and 1 teaspoon of fish sauce. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.

Add the blanched enoki mushrooms to the soup, along with the chopped chili peppers and green peppercorns. For a more aromatic dish, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and pour it over the green peppercorns.
