Cosmetic Benefits of Ingredients
Brown Sugar
Brown sugar exfoliates dead skin cells from the scalp. It also helps make your hair shiny and thicker. Sugar also contains an acid called PCA (pyrrolidone carboxylic acid), which moisturizes hair.
Brown sugar is not only good for internal health but also provides external benefits, especially for the skin and hair. The presence of B vitamins, especially B6, in brown sugar helps maintain healthy skin and prevents problems like dermatitis and eczema.
Liquid Castile Soap
Liquid castile soap promotes healthy hair growth, restores the scalp’s natural oils, thus helping to maintain a healthy scalp. This product is free from perfumes, harsh detergents, and chemicals that irritate the scalp and skin.
Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint essential oil promotes hair growth. The menthol content of peppermint oil is believed to increase blood flow to the area where it is applied. Due to its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, it also heals an itchy scalp, while reducing oiliness.
Peppermint oil is used as a highly effective remedy for hair loss. Because of its powerful dilating effect, it helps improve blood circulation, which reduces hair loss. Since insufficient blood flow to hair follicles causes baldness, improved blood circulation is beneficial to the scalp.
In addition to its hair care benefits, you can use essential oils to improve health, enhance beauty, and clean. Essential oils are safe, gentle, and effective when used correctly. Avoid contact with eyes or other sensitive areas.
